What is your editing turnaround time?
Clients should expect 1 week turn around times on all sessions unless noted otherwise at your session.
Can I book a session just for my pet?
Absolutely!
What if I like an image but want it in black and white?
Once you get your edited online gallery, any images that are in color can be made black and white at clients request and placed back in the same online gallery at your convenience.
What package does the loyalty card work for?
The loyalty card is only redeemable on the basic package.
Do you offer a way to purchase images?
Yes! Once you receive your online gallery, my individual store front is provided. There you are able to purchase prints and/or other special keepsakes.
What is I have all stamps on my loyalty card but want something other than the basic package?
As long as you have completed 5 sessions and have your loyalty card stamped, you are able to hold onto it until you are ready to use it on the basic package.
Do prices include travel?
Yes, unless otherwise noted when scheduling. Further surrounding areas may be subject to travel cost.
